  I am looked after extremely well sheets and bathroom spotlessly clean my room is quiet and the owners are courteous and more than helpful

  Avoid if possible. We walked in and heard someone complaining only to find we would be 10 minutes after. We booked online and we're charged for two rooms under the guise of only "family rooms" left. It's a con and this place should be avoided. Better to stay in the city and drive into West Auckland. Fellow New Zealanders will be very very unimpressed and feel ripped off as we were.

  Clean and tidy, unexpected place for Swanson, but best 3star in the area id say.

  Be careful about booking here. They advertise one room left and tell you its a family room. It's just two rooms that you've paid for. Very sneaky way to get you to pay way more than you need.
