Very annoyed at the customer service they lack in detail and comunication sometimes i dont think they know what they are talking about found that i been taking my car here for three years to get WOF and SERVICE to find my car has gotten worse and ive only had it for three years im no genuis at automotive but i know when i have been ripped off and they like to dick me around shame on me for trusting a company like you guys thought all AA was trusted maybe VTNZ is better after all..

I usually take my car here to get it serviced. I found customer service was lovely, the job is very quick.. I do find that they seem to find bits and bobs that needs sorting but never thought much of it. Happily got them to sort little things out like replacing bulbs & changing filters. Anything else major that needs fixing then I take it elsewhere as I do find it a bit expensive getting it done at AA. Got a platinum service done this time and they found a list of things to be fixed that would cost around $1200. One thing on the list to do were my rare brakes which turned to be fine. My mechanic said I would be wasting money if I were to change my brakes now. But all the other things they listed do need sorting though. But finding out that my brakes were fine when they said it wasn't does make me question their full honesty. I know I will save money getting it done elsewhere, they are understanding that I have a mechanic I go to. I am still happy taking my car in to be serviced there but always get a second opinion.
