  Absolutely terrible service. Currently sitting/waiting 30minutes while the ONE insurance person is on the PHONE. 4 Other people waiting behind me.. thought AA was going to provide a good service.. however about to walk out to another company. Looking at previous reviews this isn't new.... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF YOUR AFTER A QUICK SERVICE.

  Came in to see about home and contents insurance... admittedly it was a tad busy when i came in...6-8 folks needing help with car stuff on the other side. However, i waited 30mins and am about to leave...yes, I'm writing this as i wait... Hope they can sort things out with how they process folks who walk through the door. They are in the top group for insurance (which is why i came in), so they must have some good products? I don't know.
