::Had a fire cupping session! boy oh boy it delivered! this is not for faint hearted. If you are sensitive please don't do this therapy. I definitely recomend to those who enjoy deep tissue- it has the same type of pressure (for lack of better word) I was amazed by Summer's work. She asked all the right questions and targeted my aching muscles correctly. Definitely heading back asap

::This is by far the best massage therapy and wellness facility I have been to since moving to Wellington. It's a super convenient location, very well maintained, and everyone is always exceptionally friendly! Scott is the therapist my wife and I have seen, and he has been superb! He's great about asking what we'd like to focus on each session, getting a full picture before we begin. He is very responsive to adjusting levels of pressure needed, finding problem spots, and working to get us back in shape. If there's an exercise or stretch that will help, he's happy to share that info, as well! I feel very fortunate to have found Absolute Therapy, and can't thank Scott enough for all the help he has given me! I highly recommend this place!!
