  Listing our property as a winter rental was a breeze with Sue and Melanie. Communication is excellent. They filled the tenancy very quickly and living out of town we have complete confidence that the property is being well managed. Happy to recommend.

  As a landlord who doesn't live locally I'm totally reliant on Sue and the team to look after my asset and manage my tenants professionally. When they took on the business a few years ago I noticed an immediate uptick in the information I was getting and the care being taken. I'm completely confident that my house and its occupants are being well looked after. I'm particularly impressed by the effort Sue goes to to give me great advice of what to spend my maintenance budget on, to keep the house in good condition, enhance its attractiveness and keep my long term tenant happy.
