::The car itself was fine, however when we went to drop off the vehicle to the Wellington airport branch their were no clear instructions as to where to drop it off, we called the 0800 number and they were extremely rude and the lady behind the counter needs some serious customer service upskilling.

::Booked a car 3+ days in advance and when I turned to pick it up, I was told there were no cars available due to other customers not returning vehicles the night before. I was first in that morning and was told to wait 5-10 minutes while they got a car from Hertz for me. Over the space of 1.5 hours, more and more customers arrived in and were told the same thing, with no indication of any cars coming from Hertz. I received a car 2 hours after I had arrived, which was not full of petrol or washed (I said that was okay because I was in a hurry). When I left, there were over 10 irate customers who had weddings, funeral and a horse race - I don't know when they finally received their rentals. The communication from staff was poor and they didn't front up responsibility for the issue. I will not book with Ace again and would not recommend to others.

::I though from the directions I was given it might be hard to find, but they were very accurate. Excellent customer service, very helpful and friendly. Will definitely recommend to others.

::First time using these guys.... and probably the last. Car was a surprisingly zippy Nissan tiida. The problem was that it wasn't groomed and couldn't see out the side windows and the wing mirrors were caked in dirt. The interior had been groomed and smelt nice. It was just the outside of the car. The lady on the desk who provided the car was less than helpful about it. The return lady was fantastic and couldn't believe it had been rented in that condition.
