  I have been in store 3 times now and every time I have found Mathew to be very helpful. Wouldn't use anyone else when it comes to buying treatments for our spa and getting advice, highly recommend.

  I went in to discuss spas. The sales team chatted in the back room for over ten minutes although they knew that I was waiting . It would have been fine if one had ducked out and said how long they would be but no one even looked across. Rude.

  The service was magnificent, Matthew is so knowledgeable, he sorted our pool out for us, and set us right with those chemicals. He even suggested somewhere we can have a decent coffee, if there is ever anything wrong with your pool, go see Matthew and he'll help you fix it, no more chemistry for us, time to relax and enjoy our pool FINALLY THANK YOU ACTIVE!!!!!!!

  I had recently purchased a Fire off of another retailer, whom i wish not to say. I had continual issues with the original supplier and once it was finally fitted, we couldn't get any heat heat out of the fire. we tried calling again and again to no avail. So we decided to contact Active Fire and water. They Sent out a gentleman by the name of Gavin, He was able to come and assess the issue and gave us a solution. He worked tirelessly until the issue was resolved. Contrary to the negative reviews I had amazing service from Active Fire and Water. They sorted our issue and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR EVERYONE TO USE!!!
