::Good price, decent cars and easy to book, especially at short notice due to cancelled flights. Will be booking for a third time this weekend on Chch, grateful they don't have a minimum 3 day hire. Special thanks to Marlene? in Queenstown for her friendliness and efficiency.

::Over the last year or so I have rented 5 different cars from AeroDrive and on every occasion I've always been happy with what I received. Cars have always been clean and well priced, staff are courteous and efficient and the process of booking, picking up and dropping off of cars has always been quick and simple.

::Wonderfully friendly and convenient service to be a part of! We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade and got our car clean with a full tank of fuel. We marked our sheet for any prior nips and scratches and went off for the week. Our pick up from the airport was so smooth (blue phone near transfers section in Queenstown airport) and our drop off process was so speedy! Cleaning the car was a challenge as we went up to the Remarkables a fair bit but we ended up going to a DIY car wash around the corner, got some tokens and did a high pressure clean and an internal vacuum. Took less than 10 minutes to wash! We took a rug with us however to ensure we didn't have a lot of spill! Great service would rent again :)

::No Frills car hire. Transfer was easy. Car was not clean when I collected. Upon returning the vehicle, we were advised (for the first time) that we had to pay $150 to clean the car or we had to wash it ourselves. There is a very small sign on the counter that we had never seen. It was not advised upfront. Spending time to drive out again and wash the car caused us a very stressful, tight airport check in. Thankfully we were early or would have had no choice but to pay. The car next to us was just as dirty and the family advised us, they were not asked to clean? Dodgy and not upfront. ::Overall smooth transition with pick up arrangement. Only disappointment is you won't get vehicle type as booked earlier. So either you take it or leave without vehicle.
