  Stayed here for 1 night as we were flying out 615am the next day. Great room and facilities and only 10 minutes walk to the airport. Perfect.

  Car park had mud/oil that got on my footwear upon arrival in the dark. Went to room not knowing my footwear was filthy and stained the carpet going to our room. I took a video in the morning that followed my footprints out to the carpark and then went to the boot of my car that showed wet mud on the ground. Told the front desk about the floor and the video in case they tried to charge me for cleaning... they said it would be fine. 2 hours after checking out I got an email threatening to possibly charge me for the carpet cleaning. I rang them and told them I would release the video over social media and also see them in court. After several minutes on the phone I told the staff to check the reception floor where I first picked up my room key and he told me reception floor was clean. Got an email saying the carpark is dirty and will be waterblasted the next fine day... Ruined my stay here and spoiled our weekend away. Won't ever stay there again and won't be recommending it to anyone as there was no apology for the hassle.

  Very friendly atmosphere. Free shuttle to the airport. Decent rooms.
