  I never will recommend it for any one. Their aim is not your kids problem, their aim is your payments only and as longer as possible. Their staff need some training how to be professional. First a small thing - Even in their email they will refer to customer as "hey". They didn't even answer email up to 7 days. Second more important and a REALLY BIG thing-They create dentures without doing Xray and checking it, (their Xray machine didn't work in our fist appointment). Their staff don't have enough training. Hygienist missed one of my child's problem, I am lucky to take two my kids to the other doctor, who find that problem and treated it.

  As a person in my early twenties with crowded teeth, I was quite apprehensive about correcting them. My first consultation at Alpers was stress free, straight forward and I received a proposed treatment plan, which surprisingly required no additional extraction of teeth! I had a root canal, wisdom teeth out, my palate expanded using expander plates and have had my braces for about 6 months now. The results so far have been great! Just like everyone else says, the staff are amazing; warm, friendly, professional and make you feel completely at ease. I actually look forward to my checkups and I can't recommend Alpers highly enough!

  Great place! Friendly staff and quality dentistry while being affordable. They have a discount plan which makes things less painful on the pocket :D

  Recently attended with my 5 year old for an emergency appointment and the entire experience was overwhelmingly positive. Can't recommend highly enough. The practice is beautiful and inviting and perfectly set up to cater for children and young adults. The dentist we met was incredibly professional, gentle and patient with my little man. Seems to be the ideal destination in Auckland for kids dental care

  Great, kind and loving staff. (Apart from the hygienist, she's a little bit grumpy) My favorite dentist would be Christine as she does a beautiful job and has been working on my teeth for quite the while. Overall wonderful clinic always neat and tidy and you can even help yourself to some distilled water, tea and coffee to relax before your appointment. If you have small children there's a special play area to entertain them while you're getting your check up. Would highly recommend Alpers to anyone looking for a good clinic to get involved with.
