  I know the owners personally - I'm queer and they are friendly and open minded people. They are helpful and very hospitable so would recommend!

  Absolutely disgusted in this place for their actions. Their customer service is horrid and homophobic. Recently a couple that I know of was refused a room only because of them being gay, it’s 2018 can people get over themselves already?

  Very basic, no frills accommodation. I’d say it’s more an $80 per night stay, not the exuberant $140!! The managers were friendly enough but motel was pretty sub-standard. The pool wasn’t in any condition for swimming which was a big let down for Miss 9yr old. The photos on the website do not replicate what this motel looks like now!! Not worth the money but acceptable rooms if you’re a little desperate.

  Dont rent here. they have bad customer service. A homegrown Tokoroa boy booked a few nights and was tured away due to homophobe. BAD BEHAVIOUR FROM BAD BUSINESS in my beautiful town!

  We arrived and it smelled damp and mildewey and there was insect dust all over the top of the fridge and cupboards and the heat pump was not working when we raised these issues he very rudely stated we have too higher expectations and insisted if we were not happy we can clean it ourselves or get out. The owner was altogether very rude and the only good thing was the alpacas...
