  I recently used Andys for an outdoor event and needed a number of chairs, tables, etc. They were a pleasure to deal with and delivered and collected the items on time. I was happy with the quality of the items we hired. Would definitely recommend.

  Beware - their hire equipment is old and what they promise isn't always what they deliver! They had good customer service but when it came to the event, there were all sorts of hiccups with the delivery - they had packed the wrong stuff, the condition of the hire equipment was very old and worn (not like the display stuff at the store).I hired a marquee from here for a substantial amount and the lining was creased and stained with mud. They told me there was nothing they could do about it. This is the only hire company in Rotorua, but you can hire from Tauranga or Taupo as another option - I would reccomend investigating these options
