::Went to this store this morning for my dog and the moment I walked in the door I was warmly greeted by Connor who then proceeded to assist me with my enquiry even though they didn't stock it he tried to find a store that would be open to help which was appreciated. Then he kindly helped me find an alternative product. And Christopher on the counter was just as lovely and helpful. Overall fantastic experience today because of these guys highly recommend. ::Why is it that The Pet Centre in Lower Hutt is so much better than this store? You’d think a large franchise vs a small family owned business would run way more efficiently. You call that a sale, looks like the little guys are showing you how it’s done.
