  Used vets for my ageing cat, had to take her to have her put to sleep. Vet was very caring and excellent service. Now taking my puppy there and very happy with our caring vets and nurses.

  We have been here multiple times (unfortunately or fortunately - depending on your point of view!) and are always accommodating, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Good late night hours on most week days too for us commuters from Welly.

  Fantastic vet clinic. Our cat was poisoned and had a significant allergic reaction. He was in a very bad way and struggling to breathe when we turned up to the vet clinic - late in the evening and at very short notice. The vet saw us immediately even though the clinic was very busy; he was extremely professional and thorough and stayed late/ well past closing until our cat was stabilised. We couldn't have hoped for a better standard of care or more kindness. Thank you. Sarah Kemp, Matt, Rachel and Josh

  Last visit was disgusting which prompted me to transfer my pets to another vet clinic. The service from receptionists was barely average then the veterinarian was only focused on making more money by upselling products and other services... I left the vet feeling very angry. They have become very commercialized and impersonal and think its alright to play on customers emotions to make more money from our pets by making you feel like a bad pet owner by not taking on all their upselling and services - disgusting!

  Great vet - Staff are very helpful, and obviously love animals. Hours are a good spread so you have options to get your fur babies a checkup later in the day or Saturday. Good advice and reasonable pricing.
