  Professional, Friendly, Helpful customer service. Problem is branch accessibility. Parking is limited & costs. Wish they had a branch in Kamo!

  Awesome experience. Best bank in NZ hands down. The service is awesome, the staff are friendly and incredibly intelligent and highly skilled. Not to mention the fact that ANZ is the only bank in Whangarei that has two branches. 10 out of 10!

  I think the fact that you have to go through an 0800 number to get hold of a bank manager in another area is shocking. Firstly you end up with omeone on the line that can hardly speak English and secondly they have to follow a protocol that simple says they do not understand what or why they are doing there job. I have been with ANZ for years and feel this is totally unacceptable.
