  5 stars to Leah. She done everything she could to help me set up an account which seemed like it could take weeks because I am travelling. A lovely girl to deal with and also her manager (didn't catch her name) was very professional and helpful. Was very happy leaving this branch

  Poor service, machine chewed up my deposit and I waited in the line for 40 mins to be told that the process is that they fill in a claim form and you have to wait until the machine is emptied and if there is an over count of money and you have claimed then they will deposit into my account. What a hassle especially how the machines are in the bank. I find that very frustrating who knows who will be honest if your money goes into another compartment of the machine.

  May wish to update your opening hours. And the location on the bank in the plaza is a bnz

  Longest teller line ever. Wow. Big bank, can't afford to pay people to sit behind a desk and help their customers. 25 min wait.
