  Increasingly unhappy with ACU, am looking for another bank. It's hard to make contact with them, there is basically 1 or 2 contact numbers, callbacks come long after the event I was wanting to query. When I do speak with someone, they appear to give inconsistent advice across other staff. Also ACU fees are ridiculous, they chew into my savings, I only stick with them due to the Credicare but by the time my family uses it (when I'm dead), I could've saved into a high interest savings account for the fees I pay monthly! Lastly, the online banking is unbelievably outdated! Come on ACU, tidy things up.

  can never get through to the contact center or branches, leave multiple messages and get no call backs, need to accommodate customers who cannot come into the branch better, worse customer experience ever !!
