  Great big room with mezzanine, plenty of beds and private hot tub. Convenient location and super helpful staff.

  Arista of Rotorua exceeded our expectations. We had a last minute booking and not only were they most accomodating for our family of 5, we also were provided with secure parking for our 6m boat! The accomodation was very clean to a high standard, had everything we needed, including a portocot and fully equipped kitchen. The playground went down an absolute treat for the kids. Will definately be our go to when we go back to Rotorua.

  Probably one of the biggest motel in terms of floor area. Comes with 3G Wi-Fi for 6 devices per day. Two level, ground is the kitchen, dining, toilet, a double bed and a spa at the back, upper level has two single beds and another double bed. So quite spacious for a motel. Staffs at front desk are quite helpful. But you have to remind them the places you're going to visit before they give you the corresponding discount voucher. Generally nice and tidy, a bit old in terms of decorations but manageable.

  Should have stayed here for longer! We didn't even get to use the hot tub... but otherwise this was such a great place to stay, it was quiet, centre of everything, clean and spacious, and had such lovely service. And their funds go towards charity, very humble place.

  Beautiful motel! We had a wonderful stay in our family mezzanine apartment, which was spacious, clean, and warm. Relaxing in the courtyard spa pool was a perfect way to end our day. The manager had exceptional customer service, as did the owner. We will definitely return here when we're next in Rotorua.
