  Needed an extra key for our caravan. Sent them a picture and called in when we got to Lower Hutt. It was ready in 5 minutes. Great service.

  Absolutely brilliant service. Locked myself out of my house at 8pm on a Saturday night. Anita from the 0800 number was friendly and helpful in getting me connected to my local locksmith (Elroy) . He stated he would be at my house in 30mins and he was right on time. Easy process getting the door unlocked and I am now comfy and warm back in my own home. Really rate their team from start to finish. Thank you!

  Amazing service! These guys have literally come to my rescue on every occasion!! once when I lost my car key, a new one was cut the very next day, also when my toddler had locked herself in the car they were onsite immediately to get her out safely without further incident! Also for the work done at our home it has always been carried out to the highest standard. Highly recommended to anyone who is seeking a reputable and professional locksmith.

  I made a mistake about this company and got them mixed up with a different one. I then made a status on a community facebook group about it and the director of the company contacted me straight away. They were super professional about it which I really appreciate and I'm glad I was able to rectify that mistake.
