  Partner took a vehicle there and I was certainly surprised to be told we needed new brake pads to pass the warrant. Expensive quote for replacing these, I then took the car elsewhere who advised that the brakes were sweet and working at 80% efficiency (50% is warrantable). Won’t trust these guys again that’s for sure!

  For the past 18 months I have had all my vehicles serviced with Arnels. The service has been professional friendly and I love that I do not have to wait for days to book in and when they inform me of how long the service will take my cars have always been ready at the time they state. Several months ago I had to undertake a very big repair to my commercial van and Arnels kept in touch with me through every step of the major repair, they also helped me keep costs down and provided professional advice for the parts required... I love that I did not have to sacrifice quality parts to save on costs ! these guys know how to source great deals! I highly recommend Arnel service centre they have a central location that is easily accessible with parking.
