  I have been working with Marco on Classic Pilates for the last few months and it has changed my life. I feel stronger, more flexible, my overall fitness has improved and i feel a great sense of well being that lasts well after the session. You achieve slowly but surely with Marco's help. Marco is kind and firm with his requests and makes you want to be the best you. He adapts anything that doesn't, or won't work for you and your body. I would recommend Marco and Arrow Pilates for everyone at any age or stage. It's wonderful.

  Fantastic for whole body - who knew that a few springs could provide an arm workout? I love how after regular lessons with Marco I feel more aware of my posture and my back pain improves. He is very passionate about the way classical pilates can transform and give clients a long lean strength.
