  Worst Asb Bank Branch in Nz. 1.we had a WORST customer service compare to other bank in New market. Especially tellers are not trained properly. 2. Do not have small play ground for little one even after new renovation. There was no friendly staff when I was there with my little one. I'll rather go to other bank in New market.

  Offer me wrong information!!! I made a phone call to ASB customer service to ask about opening an account, they told me I need to offer "proof of my address" which can be made by house owner( no need official letter!!!) but when I went to this branch, the employ told me I need to show them my address by official letter!!! He is too stubborn to ask others to make sure it!!! And then I went to another branch in dominion road, and one employee helped me to open an account even without my "proof of address" they just asked me as long as I receive the letter they send to my address, I need to bring this letter to there to activate my account!!!!!!! See!! It's easy! Some employees are too lazy to help their potential customers! My friend recommended me to open an account from ASB, but I will never go to this branch again!!!

  Very friendly staff members, fast service, convenient location. Parking can be very hard to find especially on weekdays.
