  Friendly but not terribly helpful. Tried pushing unwanted investment products at me. Looking for a new bank.

  One of the staff was a little rude and aggressive/insulting. The rest of them were alright.

  I don't normally use in-branch services but when I do, I find the staff here to go above and beyond. They are always helpful and offer advice on how to use my accounts better.
