::Spent 30 minutes signing up internet banking etc and received no follow up info etc, spent 5 minutes on the phone just now and not answered. Rung ASB 0800 number and they said someone would get in touch with me regarding not seeing me in the system and no one has got back to me....it's been 3 weeks. Very poor service.

::A pretty compact branch with only a couple of staff. On three occaisons here we've had mediocre experiences with staff. Not betting it'll get much better any time soon.
