  AMAZING service! sent a pair of shoes back for a slight repair... next day receive a brand new pair! one on one personal service which is so different to all the big stores. will definitely be back..... thanks so much😊

  I am so impressed with Atticus Shoes. Malcolm was one of the most helpful and responsive business owners I have met. He worked especially hard to order in a specific shoe which was impossible for all other suppliers and handled the process so well. I give him five stars and would give even more if I could for his service and quality of business - thank you again Malcolm!

  Just left atticus Shoes and am very unhappy. Was in there looking at a few pairs of shoes that I was interested in. No one came to help me. It wasn't until I pulled my phone out that then a staff member ran over to rudely tell me off because photo's aren't allowed apparantly. Might I add I didn't even take a photo. Was a snapchat video to ask a gf which pair she thought I should get (didn't send the vid in the end as he made me delete it). He didn't even ask me if he could help me at all. Just raised his voice to tell me that photo's aren't allowed because it is private property, and made me delete what he thought was a photo. Rudest customer service ever. I'm used to being greeted in a shoe shop as soon as I walk in usually. Considering I was the only customer in there, he could've been a lot more helpful. I just walked out saying "I won't be botheted buying your shoes then." "Fine", he replied. And considering that the price of both the shoes I was trying to decide between was $399 each, I think a change of attitude is definitely needed in there.
