  We were upgraded to a botique room. However the rooms were ultra tiny -- not even enough space to keep bags and open it leave alone walking in the room. The location is pretty convenient. Lot of restaurants allowed and walking distance from Sky Tower.

  It's a very good place to stay. Nice room, access to public transport. Near to the casino

  Convenient location near the city centre and public transit. Rooms are good and wifi is free. However there are no added facilities like gym or swimming pool.

  I gave 3 stars for the friendly and efficient staff. The rooms were kept as clean as possible, however the carpets and walls were quite marked. The hotel is overall quite tired and in need of freshening up. Watch out, also for the $30 per day parking fee - something which is declared down the bottom of the page. We missed that! Amenities are basic.

  Paid for by work however rooms were quite small and of average quality. Certainly nothing fancy here. Floors and walls needed a good scrub. Shame there is no on site facilities (gym, pool etc). Staff were pleasant however nothing more. I'm sure there are better options in Auckland.
