  Steam n Dry did a meth clean for one of our properties. They were fairly easy to deal with though their communication could have been better. However, we did have a problem in that one of the rooms failed it's re-test, not once but twice. While it was good that Steam n Dry honoured their guarantee and came back and re-cleaned the room without any additional charge, the failure to clean the room adequately did result in an additional 2 weeks loss of rent and additional meth testing costs for our owner.

  We required a methamphetamine decontamination in one of our rental properties. The service we received was prompt and very thorough. We were provided with constant communication from quote through to completion from both office personnel and the onsite technician. Our post completion independent testing showed the property was free of contamination, so we can get on with redecorating.

  Mick did my sofas just over a year ago and did a fantastic job - who knew they were light brown not mocha coloured.. Gavin did my lounge and dining 2 weeks ago with an outstanding result also, many thanks for cleaning the aftermath of my terrible toddler duo just before my rent inspection!

  Awesome job by the friendly team who were very helpful, easy to communicate with and the best value. Nothing was too much trouble with the work done in a timely fashion to meet the standard required. We highly recommend Krista and her team for Meth P decontamination. We are also more than happy to share our experience with anyone who is facing this problem and looking for more information, as we were. Cheers.

  They have done a thorough job of methamphetamine decontamination and clearing a lot of rubbish out the house, leaving it ready for redecoration. The only mark against them would be that they didn't fully process the varnished doors, saying that it would take too long -- I guess it's essential to describe the job in fine detail when getting your quote. :) The independent re-testing has now been done, and was 100% clear. Overall we're very happy with the result.
