  Great job, brought my 2012 BMW up to 2017 with new Sat Nav, Bluetooth and the rest. Ironically BMW thought it couldn’t be done, it can, all Original, all bmw and seamlessly done. Very happy, now I know these guys I’d feel a lot happier buying an import next time! Thanks

  Very pleased and grateful with the excellent assistance provided today by an Auto Gravity technician in Wellington sorting out an issue with my BMW X3. Their expertise, service, and honesty is top notch, as I found today and three years ago.

  Auto Gravity installed an integrated system on my Lexus GS 350 to help convert from Japanese to English language and most importantly the navigation system adapted to NZ standard. The poorr rating is for the following reasons : a) After installation I faced several problems and the system would just hang up / freeze the touch screen. b) The sound quality dropped (despie the fact that car comes with a Marc Levinson music system, 5 channel amp and subwoofer) c) I handed over the car on 3 separate occasions but with no respite in terms of a smooth solution - infact they were clueless on the problem. The 1 star rating is for their techincian 'Adam' who is very courteous and professional, infact always ready to help and understand the customer. He understood my plight and accepted that the system does have some flaws and also ensured I get a complete refund :) Indeed a very good person.
