  Great value for money considering there is a pool and spa available. Rooms are a little dated but certainly worth the price.

  Currently undergoing renovations. No disruption to guests. Restaurant offers excellent table service and quality meals. Staff are very professional and work hard to accommodate any reasonable request.

  A lot of firms book people in here when working on the maintenance shutdowns at the refinery. No grizzles from the people I've met. Nice n quiet. Lots of room.

  Really friendly and helpful staff. Quick walk to the beach path. Rooms clean and pool/hot tub were really nice! Lots of parking available.

  Really disappointed. Arrived at lodge, and asked if I could please check the mattress to ensure it wasn't too soft. Went with staff to check, but was told there were no other rooms available. (The next day, on checking out, I was told by other staff there had been rooms empty). This was a non smoking room that stunk of smoke, and had smoke butts out on the balcony in the ashtray. The bed was most uncomfortable. The room is very dated, and one of our bathroom towels even had a hole in it. The exterior of the building should have given some warning, the lift is tiny, and the stairwell is old and musty. We will not be going back to this lodge. Only gets one star, or I can't post this.
