  If there was an option for no star I'd be choosing it Emailed these guys asking for a quote to get my air-con re-gassed. Got a call saying they can't give a quote over the phone but if I bring it in they will be able to check it. Was told on the phone I would be called before any work was done on the car. On the day the car had been dropped off I get a call saying "We've already done $100 worth of work, the gas is fine but the air-con isn't working, do you want us to keep looking at it". Told them to stop working on it and I would come get it. Paid and got the work sheet from them. Got home before I read the sheet and realized they'd literally just checked the gas and checked fuses, something I could have done at home , 15 minute job at the most and was charged $120 for it. Emailed them again to complain and said I wasn't happy about it and wanted a refund. Got a call from one of the guys in the workshop asking what the email was about, was very confrontational and got very angry very quickly. Told him I never told them to do any work on the car and that $120 for something I could have done on my own was ridiculous. He told me he had 30 years experience and I had no right to question him or question what work they did and how did I expect the car to be fixed. Told him again, for the 4th time that I never told them to do any work on the car and was told I would be called before any was done. Then to my delight told him I took the car home, have never worked on a air-con unit on a car before or even knew where it was, took me 10 minutes to fix the issue, was literally a loose connector. He started yelling at me so decided to stop the call as it was obviously not going anywhere. Would stay clear of these guys. Overpriced, distrustful and obviously have a god complex but couldn't fix a simple air-con issue. There's a reason they only have 2.7 stars on Google Reviews....

  Told them what I had been told needed to be done. I got told there would be a small fee which im fine with. They ended up doing unnecessary work without telling me and i had to pay their "small fee" of $400 just to get a quote. Ended up going to another mechanic and they did exactly what I wanted and it has onlu costed me $80. This place was going to make me pay another $800 ontop of the $400

  Great service, the mechanic explained all the work that needed to take place before any work actually happened. Will go back to them for my next warrant and service! Thanks again guys!!!

  Took my HSV GTS into a dealer, had a knocking noise in the back, they advised and quoted the problem, bushes both sides needed replacing with a price tag of $5k...decided to get a second opinion an googled automotive repairers, chose Automotive Solutions in Greerton...oh my im so glad i did, these guys were brilliant, their professionalism and expertise were beyond all expectations, they came in at a third of the price, constantly touching base updating me via phone and even took photos of the old bushes...no surprises when I collected the car I was charged as quoted and the car was washed and all set to go...thanks so much to the Team at Automotive Solutions Greerton, you guys rock!! Highly recommend A++++++++
