  Paid for an extended warranty on our washing machine via Noel Leeming. WM was looked at on approx 18/10 and was told up to 10 days for parts and to fix. It's now 8/11 we had rung several times and was told we would be called back (5+ separate occasions) eventually ringing Noel Leeming again who followed up and we were given today to fix our WM. And today rolls around... apparently they don't have all the parts so have to wait to order more and we don't know when this will be. Worst experience I've ever had with a company. If you are going to take so long you need to keep communication clear and be transparent. Follow up when you say you will, make sure you are prepared for the job to prevent delay and offer customers an alternative. I don't have a back up washing machine and shouldn't be left waiting so long. Yes I anticipate some form of wait but this is ridiculous. Pros- The man physically fixing the WM appears polite. Thanks for reading my feedback.

  Ladies really friendly and advice was spot on. B&M then went to Panasonic on my behalf and I ended up only paying for installation of the free part provided and that cost was below the estimate.

  Thank you for the prompt rewiring of my lamp. I had two others lined up for you to do for me too, but your poor service and rudeness - I was in full view of three staff and I was ignored the whole time with one walking past me when he knew I was waiting - has totally put me off and I will be looking elsewhere for the remaining projects. One staff member was prompted to come serve me when I had been waiting at the counter for some time and instead of a sorry I got a rather rude "I can't see you when you are behind me". I will not be using this company again and don't recommend them to anyone!

  I​ was quite surprised by John Bragg​ who is one of the owners rudeness when I said I didn't want an account in my name as I wasn't the one responsible for it and he couldn't see an issue seen as previous work had been done at the address where I live. I certainly would be careful if you choose to do business with B & M Electrical.
