::After forgetting my card I went to Barrington Branch to get cash out with my license as ID. Two kids in tow and still no speedy help. Not family friendly at all. Teller was not impressed and rude, no smiles or helpful advise. Just snappy and trying not to help. We are leaving BNZ because of repeated bad customer service experiences. Go to Kiwibank, super helpful and friendly.

::Like the other reviewer. I also got there at 430 and they were closed. Hope they edit the website to the correct time which is 4pm
