::We are here on a rainy Winter day and it is not that busy but it has taken us more than an hour to receive our meals...still waiting. The staff aren’t being very helpful or hospitable. Recommend making a booking on days when the ski fields are closed.

::Good little restaurant in the Bannockburn Hotel. It gets busy so try making a reservation. The staff is very friendly and the food is good. I wouldn’t say it was my best meal in NZ but it wasn’t bad!

::Wow..what a change over the years. Used to call in here regularly back in the early 2002 - 2005, but it is almost unrecognisable now. Indoor/outdoor eating, a stunning beer garden and BBQ area as well as an entertainment area. Highly impressed. 😮👍👋

::Loud, obnoxious rooms with indifferent service and crappy bar-food. Incongruously great wine list. Soggy, flabby olives and french fries or fried this or that we n everything. I returned and had a pretty good experience the second time. Wine list is tops but the food needs improvement. Much nicer when it is not so crowded in the bar or main restaurant seating area. Note; I upped my score based on two separate dining experiences here. Second time was nice.
