::Rented one of the super saver cars but changed my mind an hour or so later and decided to upgrade. Rob, the English guy at the City store, made the process very smooth and delivered top class customer service. We rented a Tiida, which took us from Auckland to Rotorua, Lake Taupo and Tongarino National Park in less than 24 hours, absolutely no issues with the car. Ran very smooth. Would rent again from these guys.

::Doesn't hire out past 5:30 pm? That's a bit shallow... I only get off work at 4:30 pm... How am I supposed to move in 30 mins?? OR incure an insufferably large rental bill??? Not okay.
