  The motel has just changed the carpet for the entire premise. Very bad smell and made me headache. I do not recommend everyone to stay here. Until the smell is gone. The management of the site do not have any service mind to inform the guests to find another place to stay. Very disappointed. It is used to be good place to stay here. But so greedy.

  Can not rate this highly enough!! Excellent rooms, staff and atmosphere. Very close to all amenities and overlooking Carolyn Bay. We will be back. Thanks

  Really good location with spectacular view if your room is on the top. A helpful and very friendly host.

  What can you say when you walk in and you feel like you are been greeted by family you haven't seen in ages. This was an unplanned trip to Timaru from Auckland at short notice, and they made us feel right at home and nothing to stress about. The facilities where second to non. I travel a bit and nothing could beat this, heaps of room clean and well presented. Thank you so much
