  Disappointed. No communication. Waited for 2 weeks for trio eye treatment appointment. Then was sent a text a few hours before appointment advising that my appointment had to be canceled and someone would be in touch to reschedule. Two weeks later still no callback. I have called twice requesting call back and refund on the gift certificate I had purchased through them to get this treatment. No one ever answers the phone. Worst customer service ever.

  After the service my friend/college Aashna received there is absolutely no way I will ever visit this place or recommend it. The service she received from the Manager/Owner was nothing short of shocking and I'm not surprised this beauty facility only has 17 likes on Facebook.

  Wow. My colleague Aashna had THE MOST HORRIFIC experience with this company. Terrible communication, long story short - Aashna tried to make an appt a number of times however the poor level of customer service left her with no appt and no call to reschedule. Would NOT RECOMMEND this place at all. I think having 17 followers on Facebook is a reflection of the type of service this place provides.

  Highly appreciate owner of salon Sejal Patel . She is amazing I sent my friend there and she was really happy. She made her feel comfortable and served her personally. Thanks a lot guys .

  Went into the salon with a Grab One voucher for a gel manicure and ended up being rushed as the booking was overrun with other bookings with the manager saying the system had "messed up when the appointments would be". The first thing I noticed was how dirty the salon was and how unprofessional the staff were. The young girl who did my friends nails was good, however before doing my nails rushed out with another lady barging in a grabbing at my hand. She painfully scratched at my cuticles and painted over the skin around my nail completely rushing it, complaining constantly about how her job is too busy. After 40 minutes altogether, they all rushed out, leaving me feeling disappointed with the service. The manicure looks great but the service and management desperately need improving.
