::We attended "2 secrets of a joyful post partum" and as a dad to be, Jo inspired me with many practical ways I can help my partner recover and for us to enjoy the "4th trimester" as a new family. Drawing on many different cultural perspectives, Jo did a great job of highlighting the similarities between all of them when it comes to helping a new mum. I also really appreciated her honesty regarding the challenges and joys of post partum, and came away wanting to "treat her like a queen"! Highly recommended Enjoying that course, we decided to do the "Massage in Pregnancy and Birth" workshop. In just a few short hours, I learned basic techniques to massage my partner and relieve pain. After an easy to follow and fun afternoon, I can now give my partner simple but effective and relaxing massages. It's good to have a step-by-step plan to follow. My partner definitely appreciates it! Both courses were enlightening and gave me confidence in my role as dad to be.

::I went the Bella Mama for the first time today and it was fantastic. I felt so relaxed afterwards. The side position is perfectly comfortable and the beds are really soft. The staff were all very friendly and thoughtful. They offer tea or water on arrival. After the massage, you have lots of time to get up and get back on your feet. Jenny gave a professional and soothing massage. Highly recommended. I will be back in a few weeks for sure!

::This place came highly recommended from a friend. I honestly did not believe it could possibly be as good as she made it out to be. Turned out it was even better!!! Lovely experienced staff, beautiful clean space and a relaxing environment- these guys have thought of it all. Had my treatment with Bridget who was so very kind, applied the perfect amount of pressure and managed to work out kinks I didn't even realise I had. Will definitely be back soon!!
