  Myself and my wife Ioana could not think more highly of Alfredo and his wonderful Jewellery practice. Alfredo and his team are always a real pleasure to deal with. Many times we have needed anything from a watch battery to a wedding ring and Alfredo being the true gentleman he is, calmly explained options and found solutions even finding intuitive gift options that got us well into the good books.   Brought in a greenstone necklace to get an adjustable knot, as the strings were not originally knotted for the necklace to be wearable. Was grateful to have been given a replacement string which was appropriately tied, but am unsure if $10 was too steep. Very pleasant customer service with very polite staff
