  Micheal helped me crate the bathroom of my dreams. His showroom was truly an inspiration with outstanding beautiful products. Nothing I’ve ever thought I could imagine to find in Wellington. He understood what I wanted and respect my budget. He was able to utilise the Space and give me more than what I could have wished For. Michael is a wealth of information when it comes to bathrooms and flooring. He was even able to communicate with my builder to make sure all the finishing touches where prefect. I highly recommend Micheal and his team truly worth the experience . Best experience I’ve had when doing my remo. P.S Thaks for the coffee.

  The showroom was immaculate and the two staff present were just fantastic; they both gave excellent advice and were neither pushy nor aggressive in their sales tactics which was much appreciated. Also whoever made the coffee did a damn good job.

  Bello Casa is widely known to be a bad company. They overinflate their prices when you can get most of the products they sell at much better prices elsewhere. When I visited I found the showroom absolutely filthy. The manager (the bald man) is very very rude. To mention he has really bad breath. Personally I thought he was intoxicated and it was still early morning. I don’t have a problem with men wearing woman’s clothes but this is a man that is clearly in his 50s and he was dressed in his 20s. With the levels of products and prices I would have expected to see someone that reflects this. The really old rusty green car parked outside didn’t help either. It’s a shame they have the wrong management in there. As to the other reviews on this page it is very obvious that they have been written by the owner or his associates. My advice is to stay away at all costs.

  I want to thank you and Janet for all the hard work and commitment that you put into creating a bathroom that is not only beautiful but so functional as well. Michael's experience and dedication to detail enabled us to work together to design a bathroom that not only looks beautiful but is a pleasure to bathe in. Michael is reliable, hardworking and extremely neat and tidy. With his cheerful, positive attitude where he doesn't see problems, just solutions, he's been a pleasure to have around. Janet has also been a tremendous help, researching gorgeous materials and getting us very competitive prices. Giving us the peace of mind that should a problem occur we can rely on their support to help get things sorted. Michael and Janet are a dedicated, professional team and we have no hesitation in recommending them. We wish them every success in the future. They deserve it.
