  Friendly, competent service and advice. Full and helpful explanation of the cause of the radiator problem and the process used to fix it. Attention given to completing the job asap followed by helpful communication. Tidy, well organised workshop. Caps and coolant available at good prices. Open early. An example of customer service all businesses would do well to emulate! (And the car's back on the road).
