::I purchased the B&W 685s online through a HiFi retailer in Auckland before Xmas. The retailer was advised through B&W Christchurch that my speakers would be sent out Xmas eve. Second week into the new year and the online retailer advises me that B&W Christchurch will not be sending out the speakers to me because the 600 series is now only sold through Harvey Norman. I only by my HiFi gear through Audio specialists so now the retailer has to refund my money. Karma came through in the end for me since I bought a pair of Totem Dreamcatchers through a store in Nelson. Moral of the story in sales is give the customer what they want and handle your business issues at another time.
