  This is one of the best gyms I had ever been. The trainers are friendly and inspiring and the environment is much lively. They got a varied set of training routines. No two days are monotonous here !! Training here is so fun, especially when Steve shouts, "Push yourself ........for once" , when you are done with S.H.I,T and Boxing on a Saturday morning!!

  Body Shot is an amazing gym. It’s the kind of gym you feel comfortable in straight away. The trainers are relaxed and fun while still pushing you to achieve, its members are friendly and encouraging and it has a real family vibe. One thing I really like about this gym is that they are not resting on their laurels. They are always looking for new ways to improve the gym and give their members more. I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to be genuinely supported while working hard and having a laugh at the same time. I am achieving results at this gym that I haven’t thought possible in a long time and loving every minute of it. Thanks guys!

  Fantastic gym, great location, awesome classes and a brilliant team who make everything enjoyable and help everyone push themselves. Constantly evolving and ensuring they are offering the best options for their members. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to train or just have fun and get moving.

  This is hands down the best 'gym' I've ever joined. The classes are not just fun and suitable for everyone, the trainers take a genuine interest in you, your progress and making you have a bit of a laugh. I have seen a huge improvement in my strength and fitness and I actually look forward to going - which, for me, is really saying something!

  Fantastic gym in the centre of town. All of the staff really know their stuff and they make exercise enjoyable. Highly recommend.
