::Came in today to get some lunch, and I must say that the person serving me, phoebe was her name, is the worst person to be dealing with customers. She’s rude to deal with, aggressive and just looks like she doesn’t want to be there. Luckily the other girls who were working looked lovely, lively and happy to be there, I didn’t catch their names but they smiled and looked very happy to be there. Sadly I got the short straw serving me.

::Worst customer experience I have ever had! Never going to another BP again. Man who I dealt with when getting stuff after hours would walk away before I finished talking, then got very angry and yelled at me when I needed another item. I stayed calm and apologized but got yelled at just for buying items. Just to find out that I was over charged by the end of it
