  Too "busy" to serve me with a lpg swap a bottle. On the other hand, excellent service from the nearby four square.

  I walked in, stood there while one was on the phone...all good, sounded important whatever it was so thats fine. Another person then served me and I paid for the swap over of a gas bottle. Went out and waited for them to come and unlock the cabinet....and waited....and waited while they stay inside talking looking at me. 5 minutes later I had to ask them to actually come and get me the new bottle I had paid for. I'm pretty cruisy and don't mind waiting when they're busy but 3 people on and not even busy...thats just rubbish service. Note....upgraded to a three becausd at least they cared enough to get back to me about my review. Sometimes it's more about putting things right. 👍

  4PM on a Saturday with a full forecourt of cars, go inside to pay and both petrol counters are closed and there is only one employee trying to make coffees and take petrol payments at the same time. We had a joke about it but I felt sorry for her as she said this seems to be the norm lately!

  I have changed my ratings up to four stars from one since few months ago had an bad exp with this store, it’s great now, one concern now when the discount applying days it’s really chocks but some people were been really nasty by just taking their time to do their other stuffs. Would really appreciate if some one from the store keep an eye at least on a busy day.. Cheers

  Should find more effective ways to clear the peak hours quicker.
