  Only one staff member on duty, long wait for service.... Coffee was terrible!!

  Just now. I stopped by my local BP (BP wiri). Got off my vehicle, took nozzle put it in, I looked over to the counter gave her the ‘thumbs ups’ letting her know that it is ok to release the pump. To my surprise, she leaned over to the mic and harshly said “Pump is on Prepaid”. I thought to myself ‘yeah I know, its written everywhere cant hardly miss it’. I wanted my intention known, so I hung up the nozzle, pressed ‘Fill’ on the keypad and put nozzle back in to my vehicle and waited. She looked at me, I did somekind of gesture to show her I want to fill my vehicle up, and I knew she got the message but she leaned over to the mic and asked me if I have a BP fuel card. I shook my head and she said “pump is on prepaid” with a slightly raised voice. CBF dealing with her. I just hung up the nozzle, got back in the vehicle and left. Prepaid really? On Fill? So she wants me to pay $130 and come fill my vehicle to maybe $113 and go back to the window so she can put $17 back in to the company’s card? Yeah not happening! The hassle! Especially at this time of the night? Was just tryina fill the vehicle up so I dont have to do it in the morning. Now I had to come home and write this stupid review just because she wouldnt let me Fill my vehicle. I am a regular. Everytime I stop by I always Fill with no trouble and I even bring the company’s vehicles and fill them up there aswell. I like to think of myself as a loyal customer of BP Wiri, and I have been............. until now!

  Had 3 coffee's from here diff days , 2 were terrible! Yesterday morning about 7.30am was the worse coffee I've ever had , taste like dirty dishwashing liquid and luke warm. Very poor . .. ( update ), sent email about poor coffee and they replied and got extra training to the ladys that were on that morning and offered replacement coffees . Just been back today and the coffee was Aweome . Thanks for taking this matter onboard and sorting it out . 😁
