  Poor service, rude staff, totally not what I would expect from BP. from now on I'll use the BP in havelock north or the one in town where I know I'm going to get better service.

  They have a new coffee maker and she is fantastic! The staff are so friendly and the manager goes over and above. Have become a regular and finding they just get better and better! Very busy popular station. Food good and good for quick stop for coffee and bite on the run.

  Their ATM machine swallowed my credit card and the indian staff member laughed and told me to give up claiming it happens often. i am extremely frustrated that there was no warning on ATM considering it 'happens all the time' once i got to the counter to use a different card the indian staff member was not sincere or empathetic, instead he sarcastically said "did you get your card back?" (i did not comment) he replies with "hahaha I Told You So!" very un-constructive comments and attitude lead me to a horrible stressful experience. Please reply.

  Great fuel station. Plenty of pumps & lovely store. A couple of vegan foods in the cafe, just wish they had a vegan pie & muffon/cake.
