Horrible service, hardly got a smile from the staff. Maybe 1 out of 10, and I would say you are lucky. Not feel welcomed at all. One time, ordered regular coffee with muffin deal, charged me small size coffee price plus the muffin, but the coffee muffin deal (median coffee+muffin) which is cheaper, staff never said anything, feel a bit ripped off. I like BP, but just not this one, try not go, unless have to.

One of the few places that sell 98, and the service is great. Tony in particular is very friendly and an asset to the brand.

Received poor service from (unfortunately couldn't catch his name) a young man with glasses and noticable breakouts on his face at this Wild Bean Cafe on Thursday afternoon on 26th October. I only needed to order a hot chocolate, however he rudely interupted me and shouted out "back of the line" for the whole store to hear. I knew it was busy, but I didn't know that you had to join the queue that was to pay for petrol. I guess this Wild Bean Cafe doesn't work like the excellent store I go to back in Hastings, but I don't think it was necessary for the cashier to embarrass me like that. I was so mortified that I decided to leave and take my money elsewhere. Young man, perhaps find yourself another job that fills you with joy.

Dear BP, I love a good cup of coffee and frequently buy my coffee at BP Petrol Stations around Wellington, however the worst service I have received occurred twice at your station. One cashier in particular, Sandi, shouldn't be in this line of work if she does not have the skill and patience to treat every customer with equal respect. As a customer one should be welcomed instead of being rudely spoken to with abrupt tone and impatience. It is obvious that patronage is not welcome at your branch. Thank you.
