  We rented a property listed through Braziers for the past three years and had a pleasant experience. Bianca was a helpful property manager and always responded promptly if we had any issues. We took good care of the property that we were in, which in turn led to a very smooth move out after the three years and had absolutely no issues with Braziers nor with receiving our bond. I would recommend!

  Braziers attitude towards tenants is shameful. They took me to the Tribunal for a minor cleaning issue. I explained patiently that they were incorrect but they simply can't handle being wrong. The adjudicator slammed Braziers for wasting tribunal time and threw their claim out in 5 minutes flat! If you are thinking of using their services, here's some friendly advice - don't.

  Impressed about how many properties on show but not really helpful. Requested help to look for a place hoping for some recommendations, didn't really get the most helpful of replies, hoping to get a chance to talk to someone and kind of felt shut down. Second response was better when I did express my disappointment however only marginally.

  We feel blessed and thankful for having rented a property managed by Braziers for the last 5 years and 7 months. Kathy, the Propery Manager was very helpful and transparent. We also got to know the owners of the property who are a very lovely couple. They make us feel important and have never neglected our requests. Their staff are friendly and service is excellent. A million thanks to you!

  My flatmates and I were first year renters and we rented through Braziers. As a flat, we got absolutely mucked round with our money, rent, and there was no compensation or notice for when the road was closed for the entire year due to road works. I would not recommend going through this company as they do not look after their customers
