  Lovely guy (with "manicured" nails!!)was so helpful. He even helped me load the box into my car. Thank you.

  Horrible store. Staff are the worst I have ever experienced. They are incredible rude. The customer service was appalling. Head office really need to reconsider there staff for this shop because it’s an embarrassment for there name in the industry. Utterly Disgusted.

  Was on a time frame and was looking for a certain item, I couldn't find that item due to the shop being incredibly untidy. I asked the staff and you could see that they weren't bothered about helping me find it. Poor customer service.
