  Great service and Paul and Debra really looked after me , the bed was delayed and they explained this was because the factory was so behind and the deals and service this is why they are so busy Thanks again

  Absolutely excellent service very friendly and great deals from the Wellington branch and the delivery boys were delightful an even arranged the mattress for me so I could just drop it down on the base once I put it together. 10/10 if I needed to get another bed i wouldn't hesitate to come back, tho with such a high-quality bed im sure I won't need to for a long long time. :)

  Unfortunately since purchasing our bed in store the service has been terrible. They said the bed would be delivered in 2-3 weeks and 4-5 weeks later we are still waiting for it to arrive. They have not contacted us with an update about the situation and when we called to ask for information as to where it was the woman was rude, interrupted us and was still not able to give us any information as to when it would arrive. A call to tell us that it was late and they were sorry was the least they could have done.

  Our family has bought our beds from Brownies for the past few years and we wouldn't go anywhere else. The team at Brownies are always so helpful, friendly and efficient. The quality of beds are second to none!
